All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation via PhonePe.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

We currently ship across India only.

Products Will Be Delivered Within  4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email or SMS.

You can use this ID to track your order status with the courier service.

Delays

MrMokk is not responsible for delays caused by courier partner issues, incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses, natural disasters, regional lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
